Hi, My Question Is Simply To Help Me Figure Out

Hi,
my question is simply to help me figure out what do i have?!?!
It started with electric discharge into my brain, then a severe headache started. My current doctor prescribed me Lyrica. The symptom of the electric discharge stopped into the brain but it was now into my spine. My doctor raised the mg of Lyrica.
I consulted a neurologist and he made me pass an IRM. The IRM came back normal. So, here are my symptoms.

- electric discharge into the brain
- electric discharge on the spine
- headaches
- bladder control problem
- sensation of not being sure of my steps when I'm walking or using the stairs
- lightheaded

and it could go on and on...

please help me figure this out!
