Hi, My Question Is What To Do About A Hematoma

Hi, my question is what to do about a hematoma that has developed in the side of my cheek. I was in the hospital last week for a blood clot in my lung and the pulmonologist put me on Lovenox injections twice a day. This appeared last night and kept growing. It burst while I was at work today and is now filling up again.
