Hi, My Right Tonsil Has Bothered Me For Some Time.

Hi, my right tonsil Has bothered me for some time. It felt "strange" about a year ago, I don't know what o say but something made me more aware of my right tonsil than normal and so I got a torch and looked at it - my right tonsil had a deep crease through it so it looked like two bulges rather than one bulge like my left tonsil. I didn't worry about it much but it's been drawing my attention again now. Yesterday felt "strange" so again I got a torch and looked at it, the bottom bulge under the crease I noticed a year ago looks bigger than I remember it and now I'm worried that bottom bulge might actually be cancer? today my right tonsil feels sore sometimes when I swallow - but my left tonsil feels fine. I have no other symptoms, maybe swallowing is a bit hard but I'm not sure it's not just in my head!
