Hi My Self Sumitra, Aged About 27yrs, I Am A

Hi my self sumitra, aged about 27yrs, I am a ,k/C/o adenomyosis with bulky uterus and really stage of bilaterally PCOS,
I have a symptoms of heavy bleeding, dysmenorrhea ,abdominal cramps, I consulted many doctor some are saying go for adenomyomectomy and some are saying mirena insertion, and still no issue in family, just married life of 1year 7 months,
Please suggest which would be better treatment for me
