Hi.. My Sgot And Sgpt Are 48 And 69 Respectively..I

Hi.. my sgot and sgpt are 48 and 69 respectively..I am a non drinker and non smoker,and and athletic person too. My diet is more include non-veg. But I not a fan of fast food and soft drink. when I tested I had fever, heavy headache, body ache and upset stomach. what could be the possible reason.( all other blood tests are normal)
