Hi, My Sister Had Brain Aneurysm Rupture On 21-Jan-2016, She

Hi, my sister had brain aneurysm rupture on 21-Jan-2016, she also suffered from oxygen deprivation due to burst. At the time of arrival her GCS was 3, although she reacted to pain. She was in induced coma for 2 weeks, after taking off the mechanical ventilation she could only react to pain, she opened her eyes for the first time after 3 weeks. One month later she was transferred to neurorehabiltation facility, gradually she developed spesa, and overcome the infection after 3 weeks. She returned to neurorehabilitation facility, and 2 months after she needed VP shunt placement. Before discharge she could sit, but due to to convulsions it wasnt on daily basis, her babinski was changing, along with convulsion attacks, she was diagnosed as in vegetative state. She was tested for deep brain stimulation, they said it was to risky for that, and that she is paralysed. Now she is in home care, she can sit firmer, doesnt have convulsions, moves her left side when she yawns, and moves her right side involuntary, but little, she doesnt follow with her eyes, but she moves her head often, and she can eat a little by mouth. I wanna know whats your opinion about her state, and is there any chance for full recovery, I wonder how can she move while she yawns if she is paralysed, and how can she sometimes follow orders like move your head, or squeeze my hand if she is in coma vigile?
