Hi, My Sister In Law Has Been Diagnosed With Secondary

Hi, my sister in law has been diagnosed with secondary liver cancer from her original breast cancer. She has been told that there is no cure just palliative care. She has a biopsy last week. She has been having bowel problems for the past couple of weeks (she thought that she was constipated) but she now says that she feels as though there is a blockage, and has been having severe diarrhea she has been taken back into hospital yesterday. She has not been talking to family but we are all worried sick. Does this indicate that the cancer is spreading to her colon and what kind of prognosis does she have. We want to be there for her when she is ready but we are also imagining the worst.
