Hi, My Son 10 Years Shows Fast Breathing Especially In

Hi, my son 10 years shows fast breathing especially in the month of February and April for couple of years. With no other symptoms besides cough. Tried nebulisation with 1.25 levolin. Got PNS done. Followed which he's advised azee, 5ml omnacortical forte twice a day along with nebulisation with 0.63 levolin. For how many days should he be given omnacortical forte - 3 or 5. Please help
