Hi, My Son (2 Years 4 Months, 19 Kgs) Is

Hi, my son (2 years 4 months, 19 Kgs) is having sore throats quite often, which leads to ear ifection and then wheezing in lungs too. Doctors say that he is allergic. Last time, his thrat was really bad with Wheezing in lungs. DOc gave him Acefyl Respiratory, Zatofin (1 + 1 tsp day n night) along with Arinac. I understand that he is having these problems because of allergy, but i want to know of zatofin is the right medicine for this and also if 1+1 dose is too much for him?
