Hi, My Son Fractured His Elbow Last Week After He

Hi, my son fractured his elbow last week after he fell from monkey bars in school. About 3 days later he began crying and crying about a pain in the centre of his tummy. This comes and goes everyday and today was the worst as he crowd for about 40 mins. Is this something I should be concerned about following his fall. Thanks so much
