Hi, My Son Had Bacterial Conjunctivitis About 3 Weeks Ago

Hi, my son had bacterial conjunctivitis about 3 weeks ago and was prescribed Gentamicin. We are still using it because his eyes are still bothering him although it's improved since he first had it. My question is, should I take him to his regular doctor or should I take him to his eye doctor. Thank you.
