Hi My Son Had Tonsil And Adenoids Removed Grommets Put

Hi my son had tonsil and adenoids removed grommets put in 6 days ago, he has developed a rash on his face and pain has increased in the last day. Hes only taking panadol and has never previously had a reaction to that so I'm not sure what is causing the rash?
