Hi, My Son Has Been Unwell With Loss Of Appetite

Hi, my son has been unwell with loss of appetite and has had fever for the last 5 days. We have given calpol and Nurofen for children. He had his MMR jabs around 12 days ago. I checked his temperature a few times in the night and it has varied from 34.2-35.4. These readings seem very low to me. He hasn't eaten very much today, a few strawberries but has had around 14oz of milk since morning. He also has his top 4 teeth coming. Can you please advise if the temperature readings are too low?
