Hi, My Son Has Diarrhea And We Are Giving Him

Hi, my son has diarrhea and we are giving him entamizole suspension (metronidazole 100 mg/ 5ml and Diloxanide (Furoate) 125mg/5ml) twice daily since three days. He was better but he started again since yesterday. I would want to know if we can continue with entamizole for more days or switch the antibiotic. We took him on normal diet when he got better so that might be the reason for the diarrhea to reoccur.
