Hi, My Son Has Fever Since Wednesday Ranges From 101-104

Hi, my son has fever since Wednesday ranges from 101-104 is the highest no coughing no runny nose only high fever and complain of sore throat ,I brought him to urgent care the Doctor order him amoxicillin antibiotic 5 ml 3x day . The fever until now did not subside I give acetaminophen and ibuprofen alternate them, round the clock still he has fever I'm worried already. I give him lots of fluid and giving him sponge bath.
