Hi My Son Is 10 Months Old, Was In The

Hi my son is 10 months old, was in the bathroom and heard m y purse crash down on floor, there were 2 loose advilpills on floor. I don't think he had enough time to swallow because when i heard bag fall i rushen in in about 20 seconds, just wondering if it would hurt him if he swallowed one?.
He is 22 pounds
