my son is 10.5 months old. From Last 5 days my son suffering from loose motion (yellow water with some grains type substance) and some time vomiting also. Doctor gave him medicines Enterogermina, Zincate and ORS but didnt gave him any medicine for stopping loose motion. plz give me some advise What should I do???
