Hi , My Son Is 13 Years Old , Having

Hi , my son is 13 years old , having acute cough and chest infection , Dr prescribed him fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg and montelukast 10 mg once a day , cefuroxime axetil 500 mg once a day , syrup ambroxol 30 mg thrice a day.
Can steroid methylprednisolone 4 mg added to his medicine.
