Hi My Son Is 13mts Old Today At Abt 5

Hi my son is 13mts old today at abt 5 Am his body temp rose by 101.5 i then administerd Calpol @ 5:15 Am his temp instantly dropped At 96.2 at 5:30 am it sort of stablised but wen i chkd it at 6:25am his temp rose at 99.3

BACKGROUND:
His mother still nurses him
She was rushed to a doc tht evening since she caught sum cold
Post nursing the baby she realised his temp rising @ 5:00 am
Has he contracted the virus ???

I 've keept my room temp set at 16° on the a/c


PLEASE SUGGEST ?????
