Hi My Son Is 15 Months Old...he's Got A Superficial

Hi my son is 15 months old...he's got a superficial scratch by our pet cats paw while playing...the cat is not vaccinated but there was no bleeding or anything...is it ok to clean the wound or do I need to take rabipur vaccine.And also if at all I start with the rabipur vaccine and if I wanna stop after 2 3 dose seeing the cat is healthy is it ok..please reply soon
