Hi My Son Is 2year 3 Months Old With 13kg

Hi my son is 2year 3 months old with 13kg weight. He had cough first and then after 2days it was cold and fever. We went to the doctor and doctor prescribed azkol, ambrodil lx, xyzal and crocin ds. Even after 2 days when there was no improvement and loose motions started we went to doctor again. She changed azkol and gave pecaf and suggested Endogermina.... I gave those medicine yesterday. Although there is improvement in cold but still he is also . This is his 4th day and I am worried....
