Hi, My Son Is 3 And A Half Years Old.

Hi, my son is 3 and a half years old. He is coughing for about half a month. For the past three days, his body temperature is over 37 C. For the first two days it was 37.2 C, today it is 37.4C. Is this considered a fever? And he is taking cough and cold syrup and anti-biotics. Please tell me it that a fever and what should I do. Thanks a lot in advance.
