Hi, My Son Is 3 And He Swolled A Hard

Hi, my son is 3 and he swolled a hard lifesaver candy. He at first was complaing of it hurting at the v of the chest (upper part of the belly) we asked him to get a drink of water and said it hurt still. Now he is saying it don't hurt and is doing normal activities. Should I be worried and still take him in or worried about it blocking his air ways?
