Hi My Son Is 30 Years Old And Over Weight.

Hi my son is 30 years old and over weight. He has a head cold right now ans he is worried that he can't sleep, his heart is racing, his throat hurts on the side of the neck were the nerve is, his left underarm hurts and his right fore arm and hand is cold and tingling. He wants to go to the hospital but I think it's anxiety cause he hasn't slept all night. Any suggestions? Thank you worried mom
