Hi, My Son Is 4 Years Old And Just Diagnosed

Hi, my son is 4 years old and just diagnosed with Foveal hypoplasia he has had a OCT scan at Duke this past Monday and I just got the news from his eye Doctors office today. I need help understanding what I can do as a single dad to help him without making him feel disabled. Are there any daily supplements that I can start giving him to help him keep the vision he has now or that could help him in the future
