Hi, My Son Is 6 And Lately Has Been Experiencing

Hi, my son is 6 and lately has been experiencing frequent headaches. The past few days the have been accompanied by nose bleeds of which his school stated was quite severe. He has also mentioned that his headache seems to subside once he gets a nose bleed. He does not have the best eating habits as he is autistic and has issues with eating so I wonder if he is anemic. My husband is 38 and suffers from lupus anticoagulant and has had a cva and multiple Tia's. Should I be worried?
