Hi My Son Is 7 Months And Is On Amoxicillin

Hi my son is 7 months and is on amoxicillin for a chest infection, I've just accidentally given him Calpol 5ml (third dose today one in the morning at around 10ish one dose at half two and another now) then just accidently given him 5ml of paracetamol thinking it was ibuprofen! I'm now scared to death that hes going to overdose! Please help! Should I take him to a&e??????
