Hi My Son Is 7 Years Old He Just Had

Hi my son is 7 years old he just had strep and he finished the antibotics but now his tonsils is swollen and he sound funny when he talks but he said he is not in pain but he snores very loud and he cant close his mouth when he sleeps and he have a small lump on his neck, should I make an apt with his pcp or take him to er?
