Hi My Son Is 9 Years Old And I Noticed

Hi my son is 9 years old and I noticed that both the head of Fibula sticks really out in both knees, but the left side more than the right. He was borne with severe clubfoot and has recently started walking on his toes and really struggles to put down his heels. Could the bones sticking out be a result of this?
