Hi, my son is 9 yrs & 10 months old. His weight is 37 kgs. He had 102.6 temp 4 hours back. Can Ibugesic plus syrup given to him if fever is not reducing less then 100.5 even after giving 1/2 tablet Crocin Advance four hours back ? If yes then how much dose ?
