Hi My Son Is Almost 4 Years Old And He

Hi my son is almost 4 years old and he has right eye teary most of the time with bit runny nose. Tear is very clear and so as runny nose.
He struggles to speak "n" in his words. I took him to the gp and he says there is no problem. But may be he has allergies of outdoor or indoor dust...
