Hi My Son Is Almost 8. He Is Very Smart

Hi my son is almost 8. He is very smart and well rounded. but unless he is interested he does not seem to even hear you let alone listen. He has always been restless and fidgity but just recently has started to shake his hands.It almost looks like he is itching himself right under both breasts but he is shaking his hands. He doesnt know why.
