Hi My Son It 2 Years And 4 Months Old

Hi my son it 2 years and 4 months old He had 2 seizures last week in less than 24 hrs bboth lasting less than 5 min. The diagnosis was Complex Febrile seizure. they did not run any tests but draw blood and urine which both came up normal. the seizures were accompanied by a 101. fever i am concerned i have notice that when he is sleeping/taking a naps his fingers and toes Move i don't know if this is a twitch or jerk bit they move all theough out his sleep i am very concerned and looking for an answer. Bery higly worried please help.
