Hi, My Son Just Had Fecalysis. The Result Per Conversation

Hi, my son just had fecalysis. The result per conversation with the provider indicate that there's no parasite seen but bacteria has +4. What does this mean, we're trying to connecf with the doctor but to no avail. May be you could enlighten me with this. Tnx
