Hi My Son Missed A Step At The Park And

Hi my son missed a step at the park and hit his nose and lip and was bleeding from both places. He cried for a few mins and then the bleeding was stooped from his nose and he has an cut on the upper lip. Is he gonna be ok? he's acting normal and playing and laughing so he doesn't seem to be acting weird or anything...
