Hi, My Son Who Is 21 Has Had Repair Work

Hi, my son who is 21 has had repair work on his heart and is using Ramaprill to help with pressure balance across his heart chambers. He has no sinus rhythm problems or palpitations. Our local pharmacist today refused to sell us Day/Night Nurse for his heavy cold. Was this really necessary? He has used the product several times previously with no noticeable effect.
