Hi My Son Who Is 3.5 Years Old Is Complaining

Hi my son who is 3.5 years old is complaining of stomach pain around navel. Shown doctor, he has suggested Cronin for kids, but still his stomach pain is not recovering. His fever has subsided though. Pls suggest what need to be given to him.
As per doctor analysis he seen some redness in thyroid gland.
