Hi My Son Who Is 7.5 Has Developed Tonsillitis Since

Hi my son who is 7.5 has developed tonsillitis since the last 4 days and is on antibiotics since the last n2 days. He did not have fever before but his temp was going upto 102 last night. He has a stuffy nose and has been breathing through his mouth. His appetite has gone completely down and feels vomitish if he eats anything. Pls suggest if I have to give him paracetamol as well for fever and if I can give him tender coconut as well. He weighs 34 kilos
