Hi My Son Who Is Two And Half Years Old

Hi my son who is two and half years old fell down and hit on the floor due to which he got some swelling on his fore head. The swelling has gone after taking Imol syrup which was prescribed by doctor. But I could see a dark circle near his eye. Is this something that I need to worry or it will get cured automatically.
