Hi , My Sons Temperature When Checked Is 36 On

Hi , my sons temperature when checked is 36 on the Thermometer , we have switched off AC , however he continues to shiver . We have covered him with 2 blankets to ensure he is warm. When we remove the blanket , he asks us to put it on.Can somebody advice what needs to be done
