Hi, My Stomach Has Been Hurting For That Past Year

Hi, my stomach has been hurting for that past year or so...which may not seem like a big problem. But every time I eat anything, I have to go to the bathroom soon thereafter. The past day or so I have had to go almost 15 times - I didn't think there was that much food in me! I am concerned about celiac disease or being lactose intollerent, but I am not sure.
