Hi, My Stomach Really Bloats.. Im 45, And Currently Using

Hi, my stomach really bloats.. im 45, and currently using the depo injection ,, when i thought i had bacteria vaginosis.. i went to the clinic to see if i had it,, but when the nurse exsmined me it was extremely painful ,, havent experienced it before,, my mother passed 2 yr ago with ovarian cancer.. should i be concerned?
