Hi, My Story Was Funny At The Start, While Competing

Hi, my story was funny at the start, while competing to seat on the chair in a music chair game, a guy sat on my right tight accidentally. Since then I have a big bruise completely dark and now a lump. It happened 9 days ago. Doctor said it's Hematoma but have no idea how make the recovery quicker? I read sometimes the lump and scar stays there forever, how should I prevent that?
