Hi My Three Month Baby Weight Only 5 Kg Is

Hi my three month baby weight only 5 kg is it normal? I feed her milk as well the similac powder as adviced by the pediatician due to inadequate breast milk. She is active and playful but still i dont find her growing fat. She looks to be small though. She was born with birth weight of 3.2 kg. Please suggest whether how to improve her weight?
