Hi My Throat Hurts A Bit And I Reached Back

Hi my throat hurts a bit and I reached back there and noticed a hard bone like bump behind my uvula... I recently had a cold w a lot of sinus drainage don't know if this is related but the bump just started bothering me today it's kind of the size of a tick tack.
