Hi, My Throat Hurts To Swallow And Yawn. It Has

Hi, my throat hurts to swallow and yawn. It has been this way for about 3 weeks now, it's also pretty phlegmy which makes it even more difficult to swallow along with the pain. I do not smoke and I do not have any known allergies, nor am I on any medication right now. Is this something I should go to the doctor for for medication?
