Hi My Throat Is Really Bad I Have A Hard

Hi my throat is really bad I have a hard to swallowing alot of flem I can hardly speak I think I have had ecery test possilabe done they find nothing but I know it has to be something going on. About 4 years ago I had some surgery done and you know how they place the tube down your throat ever since that I have been having this get worst I think they may have hit something or whatever but I can't go on like this anymore tell me your opinion Pls.
