Hi, My Tibia Bone Was Inflamed And Has Had A

Hi, my tibia bone was inflamed and has had a fracture. Since fracture was heeled and now I have again pain in my knee and swelling. Prior doctor did not explain anything why do I have inflammation of the tibia and how is this causing pain in my knee. I am so upset and do not know where to go with this. He did mention that I have some arthritis. What can I do?
