Hi, My Toddler Is Complaining About Stomach Pain Sometimes, Vomiting

Hi, my toddler is complaining about stomach pain sometimes, vomiting ,and a temperature around 103 since 3 days. He did not go to stool for the last 2 days. I am giving colic acid (3ml) every 6 hrs and nicetamel 250 for fever 5ml for every 4 hrs.it doesnot seem to control and the fever comes back after 4 hrs
Any suggestions?
