Hi My Two Year Old Fell From The Stairs And

Hi my two year old fell from the stairs and hit his head. He cried and he is moving and there is no blood but bruises. there is a bruise on the top of his head close to his fontanelle. I am worried that that could cause something serious. What happens if he hit part of his fontanelle?
